Brembo Rotors?
Is there a noticable change in stopping power when upgrading rotors and pads?
Or is there only a gain when upgrading everything ( calipers, rotors, pads)
I was thinking about getting some brembo drilled rotors, with hawk pads or somthing like that, but im not looking for looks, will it stop any better?

Some steel braided brake lines will give you the most noticeable improvement, not in stopping power, but in stopping response, if you don't intend to get a good big brake kit. However, don't worry about bigger brakes unless you've got a pretty fast car anyway. What's your power/powerplant?

Going from worn rotors and crappy pads to Brembo blank's (slotted) and AEM pads made a world of a difference.
Unless you plan on making your car a track ( or show) car, there really is no reasonable use for big brake upgrades (larger rotor, bigger caliper) A good set of OE sized rotors and performance pads will do you just fine on the street.
Although, steel braided lines are a nice upgrade for the weekend warriors at the track, darg racing and autocrossing.

Re: (97Ej6mike)
Brembo Blanks and Hawk HP's are fine for street applications. I run those in the front and rear and have all new steel braided along with a GSR master cylinder and an Si prop valve and my brakes are better than the stock setup with drums in the rear.
I have great stopping power on the street and this setup has lasted a few Auto X rounds by me. Good luck with whatever your setup is.
