Default Breather Filter or Vacum tube? Which is better?

I am thinking about getting a intake for my d16z6 and using a breather filter insted of the vacum tube...some of my friends say i should stick with the vacum tube, some say i should use the bf. Whats the +/- for each option?

The breather filter is fine only if you change it VERY often. The vacuum tube creates a cycle with the hot air being pulled away from the valve cover.
