Default Brand new motor, 6 puck clutch lost pressure, HELP!

Last night after driving (driving, not boning out) around for most of the day, at a stop light clutch pedal lost all tightness, and car would not go into gear. When clutch is put in, a whirrin/ scraping noise is heard. Finally got in gear, car shifts well and runs well aside from that. There is some oil on the right side of the motor (your right if you're lookin at the motor) if that helps, but that appears to be a small oil pan leak. All points appreciated. Thanks
