changed brake pads...and everytime i pump the brakes. my engine idle goes up like 1-400 rpm....is this normal? or should i wait for everything to warm up and brake in again?

i would think that it's normal. just when you pump the brakes, the brakes use vacuum, and causes the idle to move. i think.
