Brake swap question???
I just swapped in 99-00 Si brakes front&rear on my 96 Ek hatch DX, also the proportioning valve was change'd... but the brakes feel a bit mushy I am going to bleed the system which that might fix the problem but, I was wondering if I could just swap in a 94 RS integra brake booster... and if its worth it.???? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Re: Brake swap question??? (EL Vap133)
The system was bled half ***... I know I have to bleed the system again but, I am just trying to find out what booter to use.

The ex mc will not leave "mushy as hell" brakes. Bleed it better and it will firm up - not as well as a larger unit, but still just as well as stock em1.

Re: Brake swap question??? (eg94si)
i kinda have the same problem i got rear discs of a 95 si to my 94 dx, i didnt get the proportioning valve cause the si had anti lock brakes nor did i get the brake booster. is it real important to use the brake booster or is the proportioning valve all that is needed?

I'll let you know how much of a difference it is if any, once I bleed the entire system. Then, again I also be installing sloted rotors, SS lines, and pads.
