Default Brake Light problem, please help

I have a problem with my brake lights, they don't seem to work, I checked the bulbs there good, I think I checked the fuse it looks clean, but the brake lights don't work, when i turn on my lights the bulb lights up, but when I apply the brakes it doesn't. Cause you know how 92-95 civic's have 2 prong brake light bulds, only one part is lighting up. Can someone help? Could it be a fuse? I may not have checked the right one, I don't have a fuse panel diagram, so if someone coudl post a pic of what fuse works what that would be great.

Does your horn work? They run off the same fuse.

Check the fuse under the hood.....It's labeled the STOP light fuse...not brake light... Check that fuse.....

mine went out with my instrument panel (92-95)... the parkings still worked but the brake lights went out... check the instrument panel fuse... Mine went because I pinched the ashtray light wire and it shorted out.

good luck
