Brake Light?
For those who buy Spoon rear duckbill spoiler for EG civic hatchbacks. What do you do about your 3rd brake light? Is it just elimated? Illegal?

I had my carbon fiber wing on my white hatchback (RIP) and now on my green Si, I haven't been stopped by any cops (I live near a police station). Anyways those are the imitations (Sunny Styling, Arospeed, Bennen -nice- , and others) the Spoon rear wing (I belive, I can be wrong) has a 3rd brake light, but not sure.
