Default Books... beyond Helms

o Are there any must have books besides the Helms manual for repairing the Civic?

o Are there any books to stay clear of?

The new Haynes manuals are nice to have in the garage instead of the purty and expensive Helms, and they've done a good job of improving it. Has trouble shooting stuff now and more.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by EGRhatch &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">and if you don't have a helms... here ya go pass it on that one is for a 92-95 civic</TD></TR></TABLE>

that's so hard to navigate, takes me a good 5 minutes to be in the right section

EDIT: being it's in .pdf file...

Stay away from those books from Autozone, they suck. Only pictures which sometimes aren't even correct.

The ones at O'reilly's are pretty nice, they show all the torque specs on the page instead of having to hunt it down. And all the diagrams are OEM style diagrams.

But the Helm manuals are the best by far. You get what you pay for.
