Bolts in in engine mount bracket came loose. How do I re-secure them?

Bolts in in engine mount bracket came loose. How do I re-secure them?
I am doing a timing belt job on my 2000 Honda Civic (first time) and removed the upper bracket of the upper engine mount on the driver side.
I used an impact wrench to get the nuts off as they were super tight.
In the process, the complete stud came out of the engine mount bracket that attaches to the engine.
What is the proper way to re-secure these studs/bolts back into the engine mount bracket that attaches to the motor. Should I use red loctite, let it sit and then after that put the upper bracket back on and torque the nuts to spec?
I have watched some videos online and it appears this happens to quite a few people, e.g. see this video
at the 11:58min time stamp. You can see that one of the studs also came out of the bracket that attaches to the engine. The second stud is still in place.
I was going to put red loctite on it, but want to make sure that is OK or if I need to do something else.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks, Roger

The nut is stuck on the stud. I tried to hold the stud with a vice-grips and tried to loosen the nut, but it's stuck and the bottom of the stud just gets scored by the vice grips.
So I just put it back like that and then tighten to 54 lbf-ft?

If you ruined the threads already I'd personally replace that stud or the whole mount/bracket. I guess you just really need to ask yourself if it's worth it.

Btw, I looked at bkhondaparts.com but could find the studs or the complete engine bracket?
Thanks, Roger

Yeah sounds like you'll be fine then. Just in case you need it though:
