It's a very fine thread pitch is all I know. Probably proprietary to O2 sensors. Why not just screw a dead sensor in there?

Most exhaust shops carry o2 sensor bung plugs.

Probably cost you $4.

Yup, thats your best option. I seriously doubt a hardware store will have a bolt with that fine of a thread.

break the porceline part off a spark plug and use the threaded section to plug it up. Should be a good match for the threads. Alternately Summit and JEGs both carry O2 bung plugs.

The thread size should be 18mm X 1.5mm pitch..
If not,I guess you will have to measure the hole..

An Autolite plug number #46 is what is shown in the pic..

why not get the hole welded up by an exhaust shop? I had a bung in my o2 sensor spot and it kept falling out after the car was run for a while.

I go to a little shop in Westminster, off of the 22/Beach blvd.. called Hillco fasteners warehouse. All they carry is nuts and bolts and fasteners, and stuff. I dont have a phone number handy, so 411 it. I highly recomend those guys.

I bought that bolt your looking for, for like $2 and some change.

If you dont want to drive to o.c., then I know they do mail order.

edit: I just googled it...
