which bolt/spring set up to use with a 2.5" collector and 2.5" flange?

I purchased a Kamikaze header with a 2.5" outlet and I am not able to use my stock exhaust bolt/spring kit (where the collector meets the midpipe flange) that I was using with my old 2.25" header. The gap between the collector and the new 2.5" flange is further apart now...

Did you just custom fit a longer bolt and re-use the stock springs or does a bolt from a S2000 or something else fit?
