Bogging issues with semi-built LS-Vtec. Searched. Please help!
Hey everyone. I have a 1992 civic hatch with an LS-Vtec that was just swapped in. It is having some bogging issues from like 10% throttle to 75 or 80% throttle.. @ WOT it clears out but still doesn't run well. Here is the setup.
B18a1 bottom end with 81.5mm JE Pistons, Eagle Rods (13.5+:1 CR) GE Block Guard
2000GSR head with Crane Stage 3 cams
INTAKE lift- 12.39 mm, duration 254 @ 0.05 in.
EXHAUST lift - 11.99 mm, duration 248 @ 0.05 in.
Type R springs, ported intake side of head.
Stock GSR intake manifold with secondary runners removed.
BBK 62mm TB with all oem sensors attached
OBD1 injectors
P28 chipped with Crome running h22 fuel map with GSR ignition map (for safety until I can get a real tune)
I put the OEM TPS on and adjusted it to .45v at closed, consistent voltage increase throughout the entire sweep of the butterfly. We used the FITV blockoff on the Throttle Body so that isn't an issue. There is a bit of idle surging as well, but I think that's because of an air pocket in the coolant system. (any ideas on that will be appreciated too, yes the iacv has been cleaned)
I am going to have my friend chip the ecu back to stock GSR specs and see how it does, but he is out of town and I am needing to do everything I can to get this going ASAP! Anyone know of anything that could be causing this serious bog?
Note: I am running open header and I know that having the exhaust welded up will help some. However, this does NOT feel like a 13:1CR vehicle at all, even when u run WOT.
Please help!
Thanks in advance.

CEL???
Is O2 feed back enabled in the tune??
Wait, which OBDI injectors???? H22??? becuse if it has H22 fueling values and 240cc injectos it will be WAY lean.

yes CEL, haven't been able to check it (yes I know, that is priority)
The injectors are stock GSR.
I haven't ran it much but the plugs look good IMO (light brown on porcelain)
Also haven't revved past 5k, trying to be cautious till I figure everything out.
Yes, o2 feedback is enabled.
I'll check on the CEL tomorrow (friend did a wire tuck and I can't find the freakin service plug! ) and put my wideband on it to confirm that it's not leaning out.
Thanks!

CEL was code 9. Cylinder Pressure Sensor. We put a friend's Skunk2 P13 for his h22 in there...and it ran great. Put my ecu in his car and got code 9 from it. The tune that's on my chip is bad and will be rectified immediately. Thanks for your assistance!
