800-900 is not so bad!!
but the wheel lugs thingy is not a simple screw repair...you have to replace the whole spindle....I think thats what it called...kinda late here so I cant think!!

You do not have to replace the whole spindle. You can replace individual lug studs. Take your wheel off and take the brake caliper off and remove the rotor. Get a Nice big hammer and if the broken one is short enough you should be able to hit it out of the hub assembly. If it will not come out you need to grind off part of the back of the stud so it will clear. To get the new one in you will need to grind off an edge of the back of the new one so it clears the hub going in. To get the new lug seated you can use one of the lug nuts and and an impact wrench or a breaker bar to pull it into place. Hope this helps.

I priced a front fender (on my 5th gen, but probally pretty close) at $65, bumper at $75, headlight I'd guestimate $50-100 (not real sure there), windshield perhaps c couple hundred (again not sure), plus fender liner (I'd assume you need as well?), so yeah, I'd say 8-900 with paint sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

If anything I'd almost be a little wary about paying that little for a quality paint job, ie the paint job might not necessarily be of good quality (poorly color-matched or not sufficiently wet sanded, short-cuts taken somewhere ).

Even if you eventually have to get the entire car repainted sometime down the road though, I still say go for it. Good luck

you can buy the wheel studs at autozone or napa or pep boys etc....it is cheap only like a dollar or two each. on 2000 civic it is a little harder to replace because of the shield behind the caliper, but it can be done by yourself to save you some money. plus you can rent the slide hammer that you need at autozone and you will get your money back when you return the hammer. they will give you the run-down on how to do it or you can just search here on HT. Good luck and yeah that doesn't seem to bad of a price.
