Default bmotor swap or not?

i might be getting a different hatchback and dont know what to do i tried to reasearch but cant find what im looking for anyway the hatchback has a 99' 1.5 SOHC NON-VTEC it has a greddy stage 2 turbo kit with large front mount it also has all fuel management done and some internals this car ran a 13.5 at are local 1/4 mile drag strip all the suspension is done and i dont know if i should just keep this motor and finish all the internals or up grade to a d-series vtec or a b-series if anyone has thoughts on it or good websites with good info please leave them
