Okay i bought a set of tokico blues with neuspeed springs from a fellow HTer. Well 2 of the struts (either front or back, i dont know yet) or real tight, when i push them down they come right back up, and it takes a lot of force. But the other two, i can push them down a few inches then they stop. Is this normal or are they blown?

if they stop, theyre blown. its normal operation for them to spring back a bit, slowly and smoothly. its the gas pressure pushing it back out. if its not pushing back out, then no gas pressure, it leaked some how. probably from bottoming out.
