OP - what are you trying to accomplish? It will also reduce your speedometer and odometer. Put a lift kit and sume 32's on it, then in a year you can sell it as lower mileage than it really is. (That's a joke and federal crime). {Eally, why do you want to lower rpms? Try a higher gear or slowing down, both lower rpms.

Not since I've been here. :shrugs: maybe thinking of a different forum... 92-00 are so similar it wouldn't make much sense to me

i wouldnt reccomend running anything larger then what came from the factory... makes the speedo and odometer read right.
