Default BIg Gap between hood and grill

I just got in an accident about a month ago and I got my car
back from the shop. They had to install an aftermarket hood
and when it closes there is a big gap on the left front side
between the hood and grill. Do you guys have any suggestions
on how to fix this problem?
Thanks i really appriciate it

...wow. genius. ....

So anyway..

I would take the car back to the shop. It just might simply be the hood.
It's hard for people on the internet to make such an analysis without detailed photos.
If you can get your hands on one (like...if you live in SD and have an EG, I can loan/sell you mine), slap on an OEM hood for your specific model and see if that might be the end of it. If you can't get a hood, take it back to the shop if there's a warranty for the work they did. If there is no warranty, don't go back to those bastards, go to a better shop.

-- I would try that before coming to the conclusion that "the main body assembly rail that runs parallel to the car next to the wheel well" is bent down "thus lowering your bumper and gril" and thinking you have to "cut out and reweld a new section of the body back on" because "it crinckled in the crinckle zone."

When you got into the accident, did the shop replace the entire radiator support?

Yeah aftermarket parts don't fit on OEM parts very well...
