what about the tranny on the gsr, isnt it a longer gear ratio compared to the b16?

the gears ratios are longer but not by much than a b16, but you cant go wrong with a 1.8

Use a b18c with a b16 tranny. Thats what I had in my vx hatch. You get the best of both worlds.

Both are good motors, but go with the b18c. But wait, are you talking about a GSR b18c1, JDM GSR, or a JDM ITR b18c?
