Default best way to clean stripped interior?

So I stripped out the interior in my car a few weeks back and all the grime inside is pissing me off. Anyone know of a good method or spray on cleaner that will get it lookin' BlInG bLinG? Thanks.

If you got all of the tar off the next step is to paint.

Remove seats and plastics. Vaccum thuroughly. Use some simple green on the dirty grimey stuff, and wipe it up with some old towels.

there is no tar in a CX, and as far as power washing, where did all the water go?

there should be plastic plugs in the floor you can pull out...

I'd recomend the simple green though.. that stuff owns you....

and the pressure washer you risk getting water where you don't want it... it can deflect a LONG way... if it's not TOTALLY stripped I'd advise against pressure washing the interior.

thats what it is looking like in there. It is basically entirely stripped minus seats and dash, which I can take out if needed for pressure washing.

No by totally stripped I meant no electical.... TOTALLY stripped... I wouldn't spray high pressure water in there...

Just cuz it COULD dis-connect or tear a wire... get into the harness and start rust... get under the dash etc etc etc...

just get a good 2-3" brisle brush and brush all the dirt and debri into the spare well.... then vacum that out and simple green it... use a wet rag to wipe it up if it's REALLY dirty... keep at it till it's clean...

I wouldn't skimp on time.. it's free (sort of). I also wouldn't risk getting water where it won't come out.
