i'd say kyb adj with s-techs or H&r sports...you'll get a good ride with decent handling...i'm running GC's with kyb adj....soft ride well compared to other setups i've riddin in...

Depending on what you are going to be doing like; auto-x, drag, DD car, or whatever is going to determine the kind of deals you are going to get. For me, I just wanted a stiff ride that wasn't bouncy for daily driven. So I chose to get Tokico blues with H&R race (integra spec) springs. And I have to say, they are a bit stiffer then my old coilover setup.

if all you are is concerned with is lowering it, generic coilovers or cut your springs...
