Im looking to replace the stock pulley on my B18B before swapping it into my 00 ek. I was looking at the unorthodox pulley and didnt know if anyone knows of a better one or had any issues with that brand?

very good idea cranks factory are balanced with stock crank pulleys. id say stay stock. you don't gain much Hp from it your better off spending your money else where

for a B18B, don't bother. Keep the stock one. Even for a gsr or si motor, plenty of people have used stock pulleys. If you build a race motor, then you can look into something like a Fluidamper pulley.

Don't waste money on lightweight pulleys. They aren't usually balanced right and can cause more issues. The only lightweight one that's ok is the CTR N1 pulley.

Although they don't make much power, i have never had an issue with any engine i've ever used them on, not in 20 years

Thank you for the replies. Its not about HP its more that the current crank pulley is rusted and has a chunk missing off the edge. So I looked into stock which would be 170 from honda or an aftermarket like unorthodox for 105.

look either on here, craigslist, local honda forums, or even ebay. Id go with the CTR N1 like thumper64 said. or get a stock one from the junkyard.
