obd1 American p75 ecu and an obd1LS distibutor, that should be all u need. Other than that just hook up the vacuum stuff correct which should be the same as ur current setup. I got my hatch with a JDM GSR bar'ed all i did was use an american ecu with an obd1 distributor and I was good.

Does the 99 LS exhaust mannys have 2 O2 sensors in them? Just asking cuz I think my friends OBD2 car had 2, but not sure. If so, you may need an exhaust mani from a 94-96 LS.

Yes, more than likely. I have a 94 coupe with a 94 LS and the O2 sensor is located in the exhaust mani or so called "header" ha ha.

just go to a muffler shop and have a bung welding into the header cost u $15 get it done about 2 inches from the collector that will make it OBD1 spec, I passed doing that to my header on my GSR

to bar almost any car, all you need to do is hook up the vacuum and wiring correctly for the car ur putting it in. In ur case its really easy just use a 94-95 LS setup as ur example and ur good, so OBD1 everything, header, dizzy, ECU, the intake mani will work since it has all the same hook ups as an OBD1 mani they are just in a few different spots thats all. Once thats taken care of u can go to the REF and get it certified, if it doesnt work out the first time they will give u a free retest and a list of whats wrong as well as give u part numbers and a description of what you need to make it right.

Well here's my input when I talked to the smog ref. He stated if I have a newer engine: 98' integra going into a let's say 94' civic I have to have the OBD2 emissions on that civic. Majority of the smog refs I've talked to so far have said the same thing. BTW there are some people on HT who have had switched their OBD1 into OBD2 and made them BAR certified.

BTW you know I had to put this:

1.A. Posting of topics relating to engine swaps in '92-00 Civic / Del Sol is not allowed. We have an entire forum dedicated to engine swapping, as well as a sticky topic dealing with the subject.
