I think its only like $30 for a new joint. Only problem is you need a press to get it out . I would take the lca off and take to a shop to have it done.

Ball joint and labor all done. $100. Joint is $30, installation is $70. PIA unless you can do it yourself. (I don't recommend it, and I have my own press).

Don't know. Is the balljoint on the replacement knuckle good? If you GET the knuckle with the brakes for $100, it's probably a beter deal.

I mushroomed mine.

You need to get a die and fix the threads. When mine was mushroomed kinda, it would start to thread on, and then keep on spinning. I took my impact gun to it and held it on, finally it spun on faster than the joint was spinning. Problem fixed!

I also dremiled some of the threads on the bottom
