give it a try personally its too stiff for me, i ride full stiff in front and soft in rear koni yellow/skunk2 springs

it is bad if you do it for a long period of time(literally LONG time*)since it's putting your coilovers to the max settings for the setup.

i feel it's best to consult a doctor if you run stiff for more than 4 consecutive hours

il soften if i know im heading to pot hole infested roads ..like downtown los angeles.. .. thanks for the input.. with the gc coils theyre good on 120 mph turns.. feels like 10mph and in the canyon staying in one lane is really easy..
