Default Bad idle only when warming up please help!!!!!!!!!!1

ive got a 95 gsr swap in my 99 coupe! no cel or anything but when i turn it on in the morning it idles above 2300 and then will jump up and down until it rests at normal idle! this whole process takes about 20 minutes or more before i drive the car at normal idle! once its warm it never does it again, so it cant be a vacum leak so i dunno what to do! any thoughts would help and be greatly appreciated thanks!

at cold start if the idle jumps its probly FITV. (fast idle thermo valve)

under the TB
take off the brass looking cap, screw in the white plastic cap all the way tight.
