Thanks MiGs, very helpful. Since I dont know much about all these. and I am deciding with engine to go with. Looks like B20 is most bang for the bucks...

Just the basic stuff: motor, mounts, LS/GSR/Si/ITR tranny, Id get an LS manifold too, ECU, engine harness.
Swapping a B20 in EG is just like swapping a GSR (basics).
