For a 00 Si, you can use your existing mounts. Its the non-dohc vtec equipped civics from 96-00 that need to utillize the Si upper engine bracket (the one that bolts up near the timing cover) and the rear tranny bracket. You should be good to go

So Once I dop in the motor, hook all the lines up, and plug in the ecu it should fire right up, correct? or do i need to use the ITR engine harness?

Well depending on what year the b18c5 is. If its the same year then you should be good with your Si harness, but i'm not sure if the 2000 type r motors had the immobilizer dealie, which could be an issue.

If its a 96 or 97, you'll have to run an obd2b-obd2a jumper harness for the ecu, otherwise you can always get a chipped p28 and run an obd2b-obd1 jumper harness and not mess with obd2.
