B18c1 will not go past 4,000 rpms
Just got done putting in a b18c1 with a p30 ecu and when driving the car it will not go past 4,000 rpms and will not pick any speed, what the hell is wrong?

Agreed.
In nearly all cases, this is because your VTEC solenoid is not properly hooked up and/or broken.

samething happened to my buddys jdm h22 it almost hit like a limiter at 4k we switched his ecu to a p28 that was chipped and it solved the problem

Not to sound bad or anything but a friend of a friend was having this same type of problem. After going through many things it was something dumb, he had less than a quart of oil in it. Once he put more oil in, it worked again. You never know...
