Default B18C1 torque spec question: 19mm bolt where block heater would go

I cannot find the torque spec listed in any torque spec online with the other torque specs or in my Haynes manuel. Its for the bold that goes in the front of the block on a B18C1 GSR. The 19mm one where the block heater would go. My old bolt was rusty and I am replacing every olf bolt under my hood to clean things up. This is kinda important so I dont get coolant pissing out when I start it. So if anyone could help a lad out with this torque spec this would be appreciated I looked and cannot find this spec thanks.

I replaced that plug, torqued mine to 40 ft lbs. Not sure the official spec, it would be the same as a block heater

not my pic, but this is what your talking about right.....

Its hard to tell by your picture but deetz has the right picture above of the bolt I want the torque spec for. When I undid it coolant poured out onto my floor.
