b18c running wrong
i just finished my b18c gsr into 94 civic si swap, and for soem reason, the car starts, and then when you try to give it gas, it putters, and doesnt climo in rpm like it should, then it almost dies or sometimes dies when it comes down. we changed the tps out for another, becuase we thought it was bad, it helped a little, but it still does it, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong, im throwing a code, but i need instructions on how to check that, and what the codes mean, if anyone know that, that would be helpful too. thanks

Re: b18c running wrong (eg6hatch)
The TPS will need to be calibrated or it will still act up if not installed right. The codes can be checked by looking above the ECU by the glovebox. There is a 2 prong plug that may have a rubber cover over it. Once you take the cover off you can see it looks like a plug. Take a small piece of wire or paperclip and plug it in both of the holes in the plug, kinda like you were trying to short out the plug. Then turn your ignition on (don't start it) and it will flash your codes.
