Default B18C GS-R Motor Build Up...

I want to build up my B18C block with some sweet hop-ups. I have some ideas on most of the parts, but I need some help with pistons, rings, and connecting rods. Some people say Jun..others say Mugen or Spoon.......I need to know stuff like compression ratios that wont blow up my motor..I want it to be around Type-R spec ... although it is not.
help me damn people on the board! I want this bitch ready to run in a few more months!

for N/A specs:

Skunk2 manifold and rechipped ecu since no more worries about IAB

Enlarged T/B (Spoon, Erick's .....(too many too list)

piston wise for streetable on 91+ octane JDM ITR or Spoon JDM ITR balanced (same price) 11.0-11.5 ratio is perfect

JUN 2/3 or Toda B/Cs cams (springs, as well as retainters would need to be upgraded)

good header such as JDM ITR or JDM DC (2.5")

as far as rods no need to upgrade unless its boosted...
