Default b18c Buy or Not

i have a question please don't kill me for asking. I found a deal local to me for a GSR swaped civic for 4500. Here is the mod list on the current car:
Here are the extra parts I have on motor:
Apexi N1 Full Cat Back Exhaust
ACT Extreme Pressure Plate with Street Disk
ACT Street Lite Fly Wheel
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator/AEM Fuel Filter
B&M Short Shifter
B&M Fuel Pressure Gauge
DC Sports Headers 4 to 1
Spoon Sports Throttle Body 70 mm (Brand New)
Skunk 2 Intake Manifold (Brand New)
Fluidyne Race Radiator
NGK Plugs and Wires
Spoon Sports Shift ****
JDM Integra Type-R Shift Boot (Black with Red Stitch)
Tanabe Sustec Strut Tower Bar
AEM Short Ram Air Intake
Tokico Shocks Blues
Ground Control Coil-Overs
JDM EG Gauge Cluster

Only Problem the car was hit in the rear. Intire hatch area killed. Thing is I have a 94 CX with the works minus the engine will it be worth it to buy this and put it into my CX hatch or just buy a B18c5 for 4g's? Let me know any and all opinions.

$4500 for all the listed parts seems fair....but if you just want the motor, then just buy the motor, but not for $4500, more like $3500-$3700

not a dime over $3700 for the engine with the engine mods included

if you don't mind going through the trouble of trying to sell the other parts then might as well pick them up...the price for all those parts seems fair, might be able to make a little more off of various interior parts etc...

if you've got the dough, jump on it

get the car, get the motor and all the parts off of it you want, sell the onse ya dont. Or go to a junkyard and get the parts that are need to make it decent and sell the bitch for a profit, while keeping the motor. just an idea.

Thats a good deal i'm doing the same swap and the engine alone cost me 3700 with no extras and no lsd tranny. Though motors from Hmotorsports arent' very good. A friend of mine got one and there was SAND in the oil pan along with some other metal peices. THat clutch and flywhell combo is the same one i bought it cost about 600 if you shop around. I don't know about the other parts but your all ready over 4500 so it maybe a good deal but buy with caution.
