Default B18C in a 97 Civic Sedan: would this work? Any issues, problems?

I was looking to put the JRSC on my D16Y7, but after some thinking I concluded it may not be worth it (limited gains for lots of money...).

Would the B18C fit nicely in my 97 Sedan (by nicely I mean without outrageously complicated mods)? Is it pretty much a drop-in swap? (transmission, ECU, etc included of course). How much money for this swap, including install?
And last but not least, any problems you can think of? I was thinking for example that the B18C will be bigger and heavier than the D16Y7. Is the difference big enough to affect handling?

Any input much appreciated.

No need for new underwear...I've seen this attitude before.

DAMIT! I've done my homework, and I know about the /hybrid.honda-perf.org/ site. I was looking for some constructive comments from people that did this swap (or have seen it done) on a Sedan in particular. Thought this is what the forum is for!

But if that's all you have to say, fine!

someone's in a bad mood...

but yes... u will obviously have to mod a few things but the motor will basically drop right in... u'll need to get a mount from a 99-up si... drivers side and ull have to mess with the wiring... (which i wont begin to explain... im no pro so i wouldnt want to give an misleading information...)

I've seen it done before, and it works quite nicely. Yes, it is drop-in, aside from swapping one mount. As far as cost, I don't know anything on that. The difference in weight between the engines is so little that you probably won't notice it at all (you will be paying WAY more attention to the acceleration ). If it turns out that the weight does affect it enough for you to notice, it's easy to fix that with suspension mods.
