b18b1 swap into ej8...axle fitment question.
i'm ordering the complete LS Swap from hmotorsonline.com for my ej8 coupe today or tomorrow...no the axles that are going to come with it, they should work no problem right? i shouldn't have any fitment issues or anything right? since it's a complete swap it comes with everything i'm going to need for the swap correct? here is going to be a breakdown of what i am going to get....
USDM 96+ LS Complete changover swap from Hmotorsonline.com
Hasport mount kit added on for $300.00
New OEM Water pump, Timing Belt, and Tensioner
New Spark Plugs, Wires, Distirbutor Cap, and Rotor
New Exedy Clutch and Flywheel
New OEM B-Series A/C Bracket from inlinefour.com
i have a stock exhaust for now but from what i read on here since the swap comes with the exhaust manifold it should fit my car anyway. if i'm wrong or i am missing anything on here please let me know. i'm just going through everything now before i order to make sure i have everything for this swap. i don't want to cut any corners and get all the right parts for this swap. thanks for any help guys.

depends on the steering knuckles, I transfered Integra steering knuckles onto my EG sedan and it was an Lx. I had to use the stock Civic upper ball joints with my camber kits and I ended up using the Integra brake calipers also. The whole difference is I had an Integra (my old wrecked one) to transfer the **** to the 95 Civic sedan. I used alot of **** from that Integra and my dad was pissed cuz I wouldn't junk it until the civic moved under its own power. I used the cable trans. and completely fabricated all the mounts I needed, the pedal cluster, and **** on the firewall to hold the cable. I'm pretty sure that all civics need the steering knuckles from an Integra (94-00 preferrably) If I'm wrong someone will post something 4 sure

a b18b is all ready a has a hydro tranny. its not cable like you b18a.
OP what year is your civic? the only problem i see is that if its a 99-00 then it has smaller dizzy clips and will not plug into the ls distributor, without modification.
and what and if you plan on using the stock ls ecu, then you will have to run a wire for your knock sensor, as i dont think that your civic harness has it.
and yes 94-01 integra axles are what you want, they work fine with the civic knuckles

yes. i be leave so.
the 99-00 (non si) have a small dizzy clip compared to the 96-98 and the integra dizzy has a bigger clip like the 96-98 harness.
and since your car is obd2 your gunna want an obd2 ecu. if and obd2 swap/ecu is not available then you could get a adaptor harness that goes in between the ecu and harness
you should probably double check/look into this. i would give you more info, but i have to go to class
