b18b1 lsvtec and cali emisions
I have a 95 civic ex that I want to do a lsvtec but I want to bar it to keep legal would this be possable with this set up or should I do a ls swap get it bar'd then do a vtec swap

ok for 72 get the ls bar it aand then do the vtec vonversion but maintain all vin numbers. by doing this it will not pass smog agin but you can still pass the visual test on a cop.
and to screw my fist in the state of california and other states you can swap out a motor properly and the right way while matning all smoge equipment you can pass smog with take it to a state reff and if it pass with flying color the put a sticker on both door's saying that motor can be on there leagal'y and you cant get dicked by cops that much

There you go .
Well, what I would do is get a complete B18B1 off a 95+ integra and try to get your sticker.
Then slap a B16A/18C Head. Get a chiped ecu and tune.
Just remember to keep all your spare parts because never know when you might get pulled by a CHP and you have to go for inspections again.
