B18B...Which damn mount?!?!
Ok, everywhere I've looked it has said I need the 99SI drivers side mount. First of all, are they talking about the bracket or the engine mount with the studs on it. I noticed along time ago that my stock d-series studs are offset a little, whereas the b18's studs are lined up perfectly and a little closer together (looking from the top)
So I figured I need an SI bracket, so I buy one off ebay. The damn bracket I got is the same as my y-7 bracket, WTF? Either I'm looking for the wrong bracket or what I got wasn't an SI bracket at all.
first the obd2a-obd2b dizzy bull ****, and now this crap.
Can somebody please tell me what the hell I need to be looking for?!?! A pic would be even better.

Re: (Andres-eh2)
yeah, I checked that already.
The bracket I got is the exact same thing as the bracket that's on my car.
If I hold the bracket up to the LS motor, the stud holes are not gonna line up, no matter what I do.

Yes you will need a 99-00 SI driver side mount that bolts into the block right under the timing sprockets. You also need 99-00 rear tranny mount. Also you need a teg mount for the lower passenger tranny side. All the rest are civic. Also if you want to run a/c you need a p54 ac bracket from a del sol vtec.

damnit, all this time I was looking for the wrong thing. I wish people would be a little more specific when they say "mount". Can I buy that part from Honda, cuz I know it's gonna be a bitch to find.

No stock mount will not bolt up. I bought my mount from the dealer for like $30. Only reason stock d series mount will not work is because it won't bolt to block. And yea, you have to take off the timing cover, witch means you need to take off the crank pulley with the special tool($$$).

I'm sure that I have one of those in the tool box. If you want it Email me and I'll sell it to you for 20. Sound Good?
