b18 in a 93 ex auto???

Hey guys I'm a newbie to this forum....anyhow i just got a 93 civic ex for free b/c i flipped my 93 teg, no real damge to the motor or anything...i was wondering if it is at all possible to do a 5spd swap along w/ the b18...and howmuch work etc will need to be done
