Icon2 b16a3 in 00 ek HELP!

First off i want to say i have searched and found nothing on my problem. I have a 00 ek coupe with a b16a3 swap. Its a p28 ecu that is chipped and tuned to 2 step. Maybe this info will help. I am having a vibration problem in low rpms. If i run the gears all the way out it doesnt to be noticeable as much. If im shifting first at say 3 or 4 grand and get on it in 2nd i feel vibration from the bottom of the gear up till like 4500 rpms and then it fades. Its almost as if the car is getting too much air. Not enough air or too much fuel as i can tell it runs rich. I have less vibration in 3rd gear and none in 4th or 5th. Its seems to only be a bottom end power issue. I have thought of everything. Tires balanced. Check. Bad tranny mount. Not that. Axles. Replaced still same issue. It seems to be either in the air to fuel ratio or something of that sort. Im scratching my head on this one as i have tried to solve it anyway i can. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I shall add that is not just a vibrstion that i feel in the steering wh,eel but in the car itself. It does have solid mounts which is bound to make it feel worse. During the vibration in say 2nd up until 4 or 5 grand it almost feels as if its struggling to gain power as well.

it can be different things bro, if u feel it out threw the whole car u might wanna check axels, or new bushings on ur racking pinion..
also bad rotor an bad tires can cause vibaration.. double check thoes point of views!!

Thanks for the help guys. Appreciate it. Axles are brand new and i know its not the tires. Gonna get my wheels balanced tomorrow for ***** and giggles. Even though thats already been taken care of once before and still same problem. As for rack and pinion. Will look into that. Thanks again and josh ill get ahold of you
