b16a2 motor w/b20 tranny.
Not sure if this was the right place to post this. but..
would that b16a2 motor w/b20 tranny work.. Some peeps are trying to sell this to me.. help me out..

i thought b20 transmissions are all automatic.. would be a straight away pull tho... my suggestions for best price would be b18b "LS" transmission... u can find those at the yards for around $200.

Yeah the LS trannys suck if you are going naturally asperated cause their gears are too long. The best tranny is the b16 if you are into a little racing. If you are worried about gas milage get the GSR they are a bit longer.

Oh, one more thing.. as I inspected the tranny.. it haves (ysk-2) stamped in a few places...I figured it was a crv, because it had vin on it, and I pulled up the vin # on the net and it said 97 crv lx.. So, I guess crv tranny are (ysk-2)?
