Re: water circuit setup
For a racecar? How is that any different than a regular car?
maybe you might want to look around the Drag Racing forum.

Re: B-series engine - need help with set up of coolant hoses
ok sorry, i have no ideas on what to to with the bypass intake manifold hose and with the two hoses for heater. since car is bare i think i dont need that hoses. i run a mgnus aluminum manifold whare is prepared the stock water hose nipple.
now i've connected all the hoses doing some kind of bypass but i'm not sure the water is flowing correctly, this why at aronud 150F the hoses are pressurized like at 200F. I'm 90% no air in the circuit but not sure on correct water flowing direction

Re: B16a2 engine in EG - need help with set up of coolant hoses
This is the setup i have in my car.
just would know what to do with the heater hoses coming from therm housing and side head, and also with water bypass from manifold to therm housing. i currently closed all of them since i no longer have heather and thermostat.
What do you guys think, would work properly?
thanks

Is it my imagination or are you making this harder than it has to be? Just loop the lines at the engine; oulet to inlet. Or just cap them off. Anything at the firewall you can remove.

At the moment yes. hadnt time today to get it on working temp. with the old setup with hose looped i blow the headgasket so i suspect it happened due to wrong hose looping/ connection. That why of my question.
