b16a1 on b20 block
is that any good?
my friend just got one about two days ago and we don't much about it.
im a major noob
so if you could help me out on that.
and it has a jdm p73 ecu.

theyre both eks.
ek#1 has a b16 head on a b20 block. no name short ram intake. short shifter.
ek#2 has gsr full swap. AEM short ram intake, dc headers, stage 2 clutch, short shifter.

well if your gonna run that chipped p28 you have to change the intake otherwise enable it to open the diff butterflies in the sec runnerom the gsr. I personally think the ek gsr will take it. the way they sit.
I would most def put some high comp pistons in that b20 vtec.

1. no bench racing. i think you can get banned for it.
2. that Frankenstein (b16 head on b20 block) if tuned right will walk all over that gsr swapped anything!

personal experience i seen a strong gsr in a ek hatch get rocked by a stock b20 vtec i think gsr head but with a type r tranny... by the end of third i think the b20 vtec hatch was ahead by about 5 or 6 cars. both good drivers...
