If vtec isnt working properly the ecu goes into limp mode and stores a code, so It wont go over like 6500 maybe less

oh..okay... today i took out the oil filter and it had little bit golden metal shavings.

not good my friend not good. I would drain the pan and see what kind of damamge is in there

If there is metal shaving in the oil filter take off the vtec solenoid and check for metal there too, it could be slowing down the flow enough to stop vtec but not enough to throw a code

Not to be rude but instead of just askin for a million conclusions, y not try some of the ones you've already gotten? If u think timing is off, check it. If u think valves need to be adjusted... adjust them. If u know u have broken components.... for the love of god.... fix them first! It will help the rest of us to narrow down where the problem might be if we know what has already been fixed.

oh... okay bro well the valves were adjusted two were tight and the rest were good. i have not fix the vtec problem, but i will fix somethings that i have not done.
