B16 swap in 96 civic solid cel idle at 1400 HELP!
Hey I just did a b16 swap into my 96 civic and the engine is idleing at 1400 and wont idle down even when hot and I have a solid cel on and i cant even check for codes when I ground it like I always have because it stays on. When I turn the key on it comes on then off then on again and stays that way. What's the problem? Thanks for any help.

Steady CEL: There may be a short in the wire running between the ECU and service connector.
High idle: Check for a disconnected vacuum hose or leak from the intake manifold or throttle body gasket.

I'll try another ecu because the one in it is a chipped p28 I had set up for this engine but the chip might be messed up. It happened to me before.
