Default B16 starting issues. Help

Hello. This is my first thread ever I usually use google search among others to
Solve my civics problems but this problem is pretty spacific.

I bought the car from a guy that had no idea about the car.
It's a 94 civic cx hatch with a b16a swap. The car had lots of
Problems when I got it. I've replaced the fuel pump, redid/tucked
The harness, new ecu, distributor, plugs and wires among other things.

I've had it started but idle was off so I tried cleaning the iacv but
Ended up just having to replace it. That fixed the idle for the most part
But on that day I had to pack up and go to work. I came out the
Next day to set the timing and it wouldn't start.. I have no clue why.

The only thing I did between it the day it was running and the day it
Wouldn't start was install my head unit and try to wire up my
Cadillac horn but had some problems with the it.as I don't really understand
How it works but thats is something I'll tackle after I get it running again.
I tried jumping the fuse because I figured it required more voltage
But that just shorted it out. I had it wired wrong. Could that have anything
To do with it not starting?
I've been through my engine harness, my dash harness, and my
Fuse boxes with no visual signs of damage. Please help!

Does it have problems starting hot or cold? Both? Make any noises? Knock while driving, smoke, rough idle?

check the main fuse its either 100/80 amp. If you pop that nothing will power on. does the car accessories power on or is flat dead? does it crank? sounds like something simple

It cranks and all the lights on the cluster come on.
No cel code. And no it doesn't have a rough idle or knock
Because it doesn't start. Thanks for the replies I'm all out of ideas.

Did you check the injectors and fuel pressure?

quick old school way to see if its fuel or spark. spray some starting fluid/brake cleaner in your intake and crank. IF it starts then its obv a fuel prob, so listen for the fuel pump to come on. If it doesnt start, then ignition problem. good luck

I can't get my fuel pump to prime so I'm guessing
Is a fuel issue. Last time this happened it was my
Ecu.. But that woul be ecu #2 for this car.
What would make them go bad like that? And I
Did try a new main relay and my grounds.
