b16 into an 00 cx...HELP (pics added)
just finished up a swap...we are missing one sensor...we can only assume it was originally mounted on the firewall...on my way now to look at it. just wanted to know if anyone has thoughts/ideas as to what it might be. also to anyone who has done this swap...how are you dealing with the secondary o2?
edit: bottom line is the car runs great. can't notice anything wrong...have CEL but i did not connect my secondary o2 yet. any ideas?

possibly the purge cut soleniod valve?? it sits on that prong on the rear of the IM, on us motors its got a hole drilled in to, and it bolts onto that. the sensor also has a vacuum line attached to it, that plugs into the rear of the IM aswell, but again not on any jdm motors.
look at the "vacuum system chart" or whatever its called on the bottom of the hood, it shows it on there.

perfect man...we also had a vacumm line that was unaccounted for as well. now, any idea exactly what the function of it is? will it ultimately effect the motor and how it runs?

mine ran fine without it, but i put it on anyway, and it ran exactly the same. ha. no idea what it does, but i guess its supposed to be there.......
