Youll need an LS intake manifold(Or any other aftermarket intake manifold designed for the LS). And depending on what gen b16 you have, you're going to have to decide accordingly what OBD you wish to go with.

The b20 block is obdII, so your going to want to swap over everything you can onto the b20 from the b16, then find an OBDI ecu that will work nicely with the b20. That'd be the easiest way to do it. Also, don't be fooled by the guys telling you to "swap over the head, crvtec all the way1" It is NOT that easy, crvtec is a very difficult and fussy frankenstein. If it is not done RIGHT the FIRST time, you WILL have problems. I was going to do b20vtec with my b16 head, but after loads of research I decided it wasnt worth it. If you are bent on doing a frankenstein I would highly suggest the LS over the b20.

you will need oil line kit... tap the head for the oil lines, tap the block for the oil lines, you will need new dowel pin's for the head to mate with the block, you will need B-series water pump, oil pump, Timing belt, and you will need a number of other things.... please search and don't jump into something that is over your head unless you know what your getting into.

here are some links that will show you just what i mean.
