Default B16 with B18C5 ecu...

would a type arrrr ecu help or "outperform" a stock b16a ecu? My friend has an opportunity to pick one up for cheap and we were wondering if it was worth it. Any ideas? Does it even line up or plug and play?

then no its not plug and play unless you have a conversion harness.
the revlimit is also set at 8400, and if you go that high, you might do more bad than good since the b16 valve train is not meant to go that high.
