Re: B-series Freeze plug
Z10 makes one. They are WAY over priced though, I just cut my black box in half added a FAT Nipple and have a MAIN can up high with the PCV hooked up and it drains into the black can.(black can is back into stcok location just shorter so i coud run a line out of the other CORE PLUG on passanger side WORKS GREAT! no more high pressure.

Re: B-series Freeze plug
what you need to do is go to honda, and get oil cooler fittings for the back of the block from a honda prelude.
I pulled one up for a 98 prelude 5 speed with an h22 (SH model)
You need TWO of #4 and TWO of the washers which are #22
#4's part number is 31516 and is about $9 a piece.
#22's part number is 18349 and comes in at around $3 a piece.
These will screw directly into the block allowing you to install an aftermarket catch can.
