Autopower/Kirk 4 pt Roll Bar - need pics/info
whats up guys?
Is anyone here running either of these roll bars? If so how is the fitment? why did you choose it? etc.
Also, if you have any pics of it installed, that would be great. Thanks for the help. By the way the car is a 92 dx hatch.

i hav one right now on my dx 92 hb. imo i likk it its pretty stiff, but it weights 50 lbs. i got a race roll bar with a bolt on cross brace. in which u can takk it offhttp://www.ioportracing.com/rollbar.htm. i have pictures of it but no scanner. bolting it on was pretty easy. but the price i got it for is the only down fall. also another thing is if u love reclining ur seat and u dont have stock seats u cant recline all the way down. hope this info was helpful in som way

Autopower is complete **** ... when I get a chance I'll scan the pic of my buddies totaled integra where the autopower cage didnt do ****....in fact it hurt him more then helped em.....its a cheap setup, may as well get monkey bars if your getting a cage .... if your into jiggy mass produced **** then autopower is the yellow brick road. If your a serious racer, go get somethign constructed to meet the spec of the league your competing in, and have it welded in, so it actually does its job, and not some silly lil jiggy *** stunner "I have a fast car" look'n cage
Sry ... I didnt mean to get emotional, but these things are junk, and are dangerous, my buddy doesnt walk now .... not entirely from the cage, but the cage didnt help him...it hurt him, how counter productive

Couldn’t sleep so I’m on Honda-Tech.
A few questions for you rookie about your friends accident.
1. Was it a rollbar or a full cage?
2. Was it padded or not.
3. What was the cause of the accident where your friend got hurt? Was it a rollover, him hitting something, or someone hitting him? Also what where the speeds at which the accident took place?
4. Was your friend belted in or not?
5. Finally was the cage installed correctly? If it was how did it fail aka ripping the floor board or going through the wheel well.
I’m not trying to be a dick but I’ve had an Autopower rollbar in my last two vehicles with no problems. An Autopower cage also saved a friend from serious injury in an auto accident. It’s a well known company that has saved the lives of many racers in very violent wrecks. Id put on in my next car but the rollcage blocks the mirrors to much at my driving position.
