Automatic Tranny Civic lx 2000
anyone know what automatic trannys work in the d16y7 ? i seen people posting ones on ebay that say lx dx ex. i need to know and cant seem to find any info. is theres a universal fit there with the 1.6 engines?

any civic 1996-2000 3 speed automatic will work ( ex/lx/dx) --note civic HX or JDM transmission wont work
On ebay there is alot of cvt transmissions for the 96-00 civic , These Will NOT WORK,
( they only work for civic HX )

i was pretty sure the 96-00 civics had 4spd autos...
